Joe's attention to detail in all aspects of planning my trip was exceptional. Although I instigated the trip, he created a complete and efficient schedule and worked out all the fine details. It was truly a trip of a lifetime for me.

All of my interactions with Pacific Grove Travel have been delightful and extremely professional. Joe and his fellow agents are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Last year, when our cruise was cancelled (at very short notice), Joe was able to get us onto another, better cruise line with a trip that fit into the rest of our itinerary. Our most recent cruise was planned because of cash bonuses offered by the line that had cancelled at short notice. In this instance, Joe managed to find us non-stop flights that met with our schedule and arranged for the Cruise line to meet our flight.

Have been working with the owner and in particular Ms. Laura Lockett, and could not be better served in all my travel needs then here at Pacific Grove Travel. Full service is the mark of expected quality and this is a goal that is met on every occasion walking through their friendly doors here in Pacific Grove. Friendly and efficient travel service at a reasonable price is what you would expect and this is the place to find it. If on a trip here in the United States or elsewhere over seas, they are only a phone call or e-mail away to assist. On a recent trip to France, needed a doctor's appointment upon return home and it was taken care of in a most professional matter.
